How seats work

Editor seat

Assigned to a specific device. Unlocks the complete workflow including virtual setup editing. Can be transferred to another device once a month from your dashboard.

Assistant seat

Any signed-in non-editor device can take an assistant slot dynamically — for segmentation, export and viewing. Slots free up automatically on sign-out.

Viewing

Opening and reviewing cases is free on any signed-in device and does not use a seat.
